Case 3: Corner and Edge in Top Layer (Type 2)
The "Corner and Edge in Top Layer" cases are the most common cases in F2L. These "type 2" cases are all the ones that are not done the way the "type 1" cases are. For the first two cases and their mirrors, the corner is oriented while the edge is moved to a place where they pair up to make a separated pair. For the next two, the edge is moved into the middle layer and the corner is moved on top of it, making a connected pair. The last one and its mirror are exceptions to the "no-algs-required" rule. There is no method that is both efficient and intuitive. Since we are going for speed, we favor efficiency over intuition.
